A time limit of 14 days (since date of purchase) exists to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Any perfume or other item does not qualify to be returned for a full refund, if it has been opened, used in any way, or is not in the same condition as when you received it. If it is not in the original packaging or if the package contents have been modified, it also does not qualify. You must submit the receipt or a proof of purchase to get the ball rolling, when you return your purchased item. When returning your purchase, send it to us, not to the manufacturer, also you are responsible to cover the shipping costs (sending it back to us).
An exception exists to the above return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchased item (does not meet your expectations) after opening the package, you may be eligible for an exchange or a full refund. In that case we will return the product to the manufacturer to be tested/examined. If the end result of that process determines that the product is faulty, then we will either exchange the product or you will receive a full refund.
Warning: We have a zero tolerance policy towards those who would abuse the customer-retailer relationship by attempting to return a product in bad faith. If the product was not purchased from us and turns out to be counterfeit perfume or fake in any other way, be warned: that situation will be detected. In that case, if the product was not purchased from Perfume Collection Inc we will initiate legal action against you.
Only partial refunds can be granted whenever any of the following situations arise:
- A restocking fee of 20 percent is charged whenever an item is returned and the item’s condition is not in its original state, or is damaged or parts are missing (and if any or all of those situations are not due to our error).
- A time limit of 14 days exists to be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise no refund will be paid out.
- You will be charged for shipping the item from the location where the courier company is holding it back to us, in the case of failed delivery attempts (that amount will be deducted from any refund paid out to you).
- Make sure the billing address is correct! Otherwise you will be charged a restocking fee of 20 percent.
